Liability Waiver & Event Participation Agreement
By participating in the AIA HYROX Performance Camp 2026, with official training partner F45 Training Hlaing on 2 August 2026, I acknowledge that this event involves high-intensity physical activity, including running, sled push and pull, rowing, skiing, burpees, lunges, and other strenuous movements. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks of injury, accident, or illness, and I voluntarily accept full responsibility for my participation. I confirm that I am physically fit to join the event and have no medical conditions that would limit or prevent my safe involvement.
I hereby release F45 Training Hlaing, its staff, volunteers, partners, and the event venue from all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my participation, and I understand that the organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
I grant permission for the event organizers to photograph, record, and film me during the event, and I authorize the use of these images and videos for marketing, promotional, or digital content without any form of compensation. I waive any rights to review, approve, or restrict the use of such materials.
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive first aid or medical treatment as deemed necessary and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
By checking the agreement box during registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver, and that my participation in this event is entirely voluntary.
