01 — About the Camp

What HYROX Is, and Why
You're Training For It

HYROX is a global fitness race combining 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations — the world's fastest-growing hybrid racing format. This camp exists to prepare Myanmar's athletes to race it well.

What Is HYROX

A timed race of 8x 1km runs alternated with 8 functional stations — sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Same course, same standard, worldwide.

Who This Camp Is For

First-time racers who want a structured intro, and returning athletes chasing a faster split. Single racers, double pairs, and relay teams of four are all welcome — all fitness levels, coached appropriately.

Benefits of Joining

One day to correct running form, learn station technique, rehearse pacing under fatigue, and simulate real race pressure — the exact gaps that are hardest to close training alone.
